Downtime

Recently there have been times of the day when it has been impossible to log on to Black Cat Weather.

This is beacuse the host server that the site is located on is working flat out and it seems there are too many sites on the server for it to cope.

Some accounts are going to be migrated to another server shortly, so hopefully the problem should be resolved.
