There are several reasons why you might not be able to login.
Firstly, please check you have clicked on the account activation link in the email we sent to you after registering.
Secondly, please check that you are entering your login details correctly. This means correct password and user name, ensuring correct upper and lower case letters and no hidden spaces in front or behind etc.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Log in Panel.
Also ensure you have cookies enabled on your web browser for Black Cat Weather.
On Internet Explorer these are found under Tools > Internet Options>Privacy.
On Firefox they are found under Tools > Options > Privacy.
If you have a firewall, please check it is not stopping cookies being saved.
I am unsure on how to register?
First you have to choose a username. This username can be be changed and will be used during your time on the site. You will use it to log in and it will appear when you make a comment or upload anything. We request that once chosen you do not change it to save causing confusion, so choose wisely. Each user has there own username so sometimes you will have to try and few before you find one that works.
Your email again is very important. If you enter it incorrectly then you will not receive our activation email and so not be able to log in. You can change it in the future if you get a new email address. It is important that you keep it up to date as it is our way to know who we are talking to if you require us to help you out.
